datart下拉树控件筛选数据异常 #2327

Describe the bug
1、下拉树控件绑定了一级部门、二级部门；但是关联字段的时候只能选择1个关联，导致筛选的时候，只有关联的字段能联动，比如我关联的是二级部门，我在筛选的时候下拉树勾选一级部门，筛选数据没有反应。

2、从汇总页面跳转到明细页面时，汇总页面做了日期筛选，跳到明细的时候，筛选的日期明细页面获取不到

3、日期过滤默认值显示问题，图表里面的日期字段过滤和仪表板的日期控件，默认值显示不对，具体可看图片
