Env var for Mergeable PR

is it possible to get if a PR is mergeable by a env var on run command? With this we'll be able to do some custom workflows that can require or not mergeable PR for same repo, depending only for workspace. eg

for workspace stg we dont need to be a mergeable PR, but for sanbox and production we need.

some opinions about this?
