What is the current behavior
Refreshing snippets requires a manual action from someone with the knowledge of how to do it and the write permissions to the repo.
What's the expected behavior
A possible solution would be to use GitHub Actions to automate the manual steps required to refresh the snippets with the latest version of the providers documentation.
Having a GitHub Action running on a scheduled basis to refresh all providers would minimize the "obsolete" state window.
If it is possible to be notified when the documentation is updated, that could also trigger an Action, for minimum delay and granular update (running the update just for the concerned provider).
