Organization owner can create a project

I want to create a project
So that I can projects I'm working on or completed with others

When I visit the home page
And I click on "Add a Project"
And I fill in the form:

name
description
1 or more pictures
URL/link for more information
tags for what type of project
Then I see the project I created

Olivia is the Organization admin. Only she should be allowed to create a project.

No idea :) I imagine @rossfuhrman or @mobjohnson would know better. If I had to guess it would be inside a nested Admin tab.

@ElishebaW I apologize for being so slow to get an answer back to you! I'm not sure how we want the Projects functionality integrated into the home page. I think this is something that will require further discussions with Reed (our stakeholder).
That being said, I think we should model Projects functionality after Organizations functionality. So, I'm think we just add a My Projects link to the nav menu, probably to the left of My Organizations. The Projects index page would have the link to Add Project like The Organizations index page does.
