建议也提供 后台设置备份计划，利用 backup + whenever 生成 cron 可以同步备份文件到云服务上去 比如 s3/upyun/qiniu 等。

  1. Docker 内置 Backup 的方案，以及设定每日定时备份到一个目录 backups；
  2. 让 backups 可以通过权限的方式 Web 访问，并能下载文件

备份计划比较复杂可以稍晚实现

Backup 暂时不支持 Ruby 2.4 得稍后了
