ILAMB 2.7.1 not available on pypi nor conda-forge

Hi @nocollier,

I've noticed your recent bug fixes for version 2.7.1. Unfortunately, it seems this version isn't available on PyPI or Conda-Forge yet. It looks like there might be an issue with the GitHub Actions workflow.

I was trying to ge the CI working to automatically submit to PyPI but had a meeting all week long last week and no bandwidth for it. Should be up later today, thanks for the post.
