gps time offset #85

gps time is wrong, offset by several hours. maybe it is a matter of time zone?

normally gps time is accurate to about 14 nanoseconds, and it makes a great way to precisely set an android device clock.

GPS time is usually in UTC time zone. Does this match what you are seeing?
