Curious to hear if there are any expected latency hits when using this plugin vs the official postgres plugin.
We're currently seeing about 2-5 seconds delay (w/ a bare metal machine w/ 30 cores + 1TB RAM). The bare metal machine is in a DC in Ashburn, Virginia and our SQS queue is in us-east-1 (so also Virginia area).
I've heard people managing to get O(100ms) latency with the official postgres plugin + gRPC connector.
