In 1.1.5 I have the New User Dialog prompt plugin enabled. Then the Password changer plugin enabled. They are both working as expected except when I enable the Password plugin config option:

$config['password_force_new_user'] = true;

Now a new user gets taken to the page to change the password but the new user dialog is not displayed.
