Home/End keys don't focus row properly, don't scrollTo properly

When pressing Home/End they modKey was inconsistent (with ctrl acting like shift) additionally, the top row was off the screen they fixed header was not taken into account.

I just realized that this also has the commits for my previous pull request - sorry about that. I don't use git for my day job, so I'm still learning as I go. I should have rebased the branch on the upstream!
