Reported by joydev on 4 Jul 2013 04:31 UTC as Trac ticket #1489225

When receiving emails with a MS Powerpoint file attachment, Roundcube show it as unknown file type instead of "PPT".

The data when sending a Powerpoint 2003 file from Outlook 2003:

------=_NextPart_000_001E_01CE5E0A.5D574F50
Content-Type: application/vnd.ms-powerpoint;
    name="=?big5?B?sMWz+C1ZT6jzq0OqwL3muljEd7TasdKwysKnLWZvciBwdWJsaWMucHB0?="
Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64
Content-Disposition: attachment;
    filename="=?big5?B?sMWz+C1ZT6jzq0OqwL3muljEd7TasdKwysKnLWZvciBwdWJsaWMucHB0?="

When sending from Thunderbird latest version 17.0.7:

--------------020308060407000700080003
Content-Type: application/vnd.ms-powerpoint;
 name="=?UTF-8?B?5Ymq5aCxLVlP5Y2U6Z2S56S+6LOj5peX57GM5qy+5ZWf5YuV56auLWZvciBwdWJs?=
 =?UTF-8?B?aWMucHB0?="
Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64
Content-Disposition: attachment;
 filename*0*=UTF-8''%E5%89%AA%E5%A0%B1%2D%59%4F%E5%8D%94%E9%9D%92%E7%A4%BE;
 filename*1*=%E8%B3%A3%E6%97%97%E7%B1%8C%E6%AC%BE%E5%95%9F%E5%8B%95%E7%A6;
 filename*2*=%AE%2D%66%6F%72%20%70%75%62%6C%69%63%2E%70%70%74

Other MS Office files like DOC and XLS are fine.

We just have no icon for this type of file and obviously we'd not have icons for every type. However, ppt is quite common, so maybe we should add an icon.
