About link on error page is useless and doesn't work

On some error pages, in larry skin, "About" link in left upper corner is displayed. However, it doesn't work because javascript UI object doesn't exist. I propose to remove the link.

BTW, This is an extwin page and "Close" link also doesn't work because rcmail object doesn't exist. This is a page with error code 524.

BTW2, I think the messagepart template in larry should use the same header as extwin pages.
