Import contacts from Atmail 5 CSV

Would like the ability to import from a .csv file generated by Atmail 5.

Example attached.

The "Email" field seems to be the main problem.

See program/localization/en_US/csv2vcard.inc file and add more field aliases to it. That should be quote simple. Could you share your work after doing this, please.

The second step will be $csv2vcard_map and $label_map update in program/lib/Roundcube/rcube_csv2vcard.php
