Mobile phone should be TYPE=CELL in exported vCard

Roundcube in generated vCards uses TYPE=MOBILE, while the standard (RFC2426) knows this as TYPE=CELL. We should use TYPE=CELL for two-way compatibility with other software.

Unfortunately the issue is still present in roundcubemail-0.8.5.
This caused to loose al the phone numbers of certain contacts syced two ways with a server.

Yes, but this is not a reason to reopen a ticket. The bug is fixed.
