Some HTML emails do not display correctly from 0.8.0 upwards.

I have attached an example email and screenshot

The HTML contact specifies UTF-16 charset, which is wrong. However, this is a common case, so I added a wrokaround in 764641d.

have tried this in the 0.9-beta and it has fixed the issue i reported
