How to query this via IMAP? I don't think this is possible.

We could sort by DATE, then get messages with attachments using SEARCH HEADER "Content_type" "multipart/m", then merge results to have messages with attachments on the beginning or on the end of the list. This will be expensive and "multipart/m" is not perfect key. The same could be done for sorting by flagged column (SEARCH FLAGGED).

Maybe better solution would be to implement "with attachment" search filter. It will give as similiar functionality with better performance. Also it would be simpler to implement.
