As stated in the email to ros-users, please post in this thread with the permissions you would like to retain for the ros-gbp Github organization before May 2nd.

making this issue here instead of on rosdistro so that we can do cool tricks like this:

Having push permissions is useful for me so that I can release various packages. I definitely don't need any other admin privileges.

I'm not even sure just how many repos in here I still maintain, but it is quite a few (70 packages over at least about 30 repos, all but a handful of which are in ros-gbp). I imagine the easiest route is to keep me as an admin (I'm logged into github pretty much 24/7 so I don't think security of my account is too much of a worry)
