Existing quote levels are not always preserved in replies

First, thanks for this excellent plugin.

Sometimes, when I reply to a message containing quoted text, the quote levels in my reply are flattened to a single uniform level - in other words the attribution levels are not preserved.

I think it happens when the other user's message was sent using Gmail (the message has no User-agent header) but I am not certain.

I'll see if I can reproduce. It could be that one of the "cleanup" options (in the Quotefixing tab) may cause this behaviour.
