Reply Headers and Quote-Fixing on Catalina and Big Sur

As far as I can see, the only solution to proper headers and quote-fixing on Catalina and Big Sur is to use Outlook. Of course, Outlook is far from perfect—I am not particularly happy with it—but I see no other solution. If anyone can think of an alternative, I'd be more than willing to listen…

@defrilitus Theres a new mac mail plugin architecture in Monterey. Someone will come along with an alternative solution some day soon. It's something I intend to work on when I upgrade but it's also kind of a low priority for me right now.
