Issue

Roam is all about connecting insights and ideas. When linking to pages in Roam via [[]] or # the popup-menu allows you to select a page. This is a major opportunity to open the respective page in the sidepanel and immediately get the context / additional information / references from the page and include this into your writing process. Current ways of achieving the same need multiple key strokes or mouse interactions and are therefore hindering the creative flow.

Proposed Solution

I would like to activate in the navigation tab of the roam toolkit addon the possiblity to hit shift+enter when selecting from the "site dropdown" associated with typing a # or [[]] and a) insert the site's title into the text (current behaviour) b) open the site in the sidepanel (additional behaviour). With ctrl+enter I would a) insert the site's title into the text and b) open the references to the site in the sidepanel.

Alternatives

Having a way of opening both - the site and the references - at once with one shortcut might be annother cool feature

Additional information

This should not be part of the vim-editor feature, as the behaviour should happen when I am writing text.
