When clicking on link it could show a warning (maybe also we can have an option to not have this warning showing everytime) and open in the default browser to avoid having clearnet link in the browser.

The idea is to keep things separate for better understanding of what is being downloaded and shared via Zeronet network on your computer and what is not.
