Forgot Password: OTP Not Delivered to Email

While attempting to use the "Forgot Password" feature, the "Send OTP" button does not function as expected. After clicking the button, no OTP is received in the email inbox or spam folder.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Navigate to the login page on the website.
2.Click on the "Forgot Password" link.
3.Enter the email address.
4.Click the "Send OTP" button.

Expected Behavior:
An OTP should be sent to the entered email address after clicking the "Send OTP" button, allowing users to proceed with resetting their password.
