Scoreboard: Bulk Add Memberships

This has been requested by several people:

1. Have a script which allows for bulk creation of memberships

and/or

2. Have a page in scoreboard which allows for bulk creation of memberships

I'd like more requirements/thoughts from @DanSwtmn, @vuzDylan, @wadeanthony0100:

• Should bulk import require a reason (i.e. would everyone who's imported be given membership for the same reason)?
• Should bulk import bypass the membership approval process?

You see the problem with this is that I feel that add memberships in bulk is the problem like there shouldn't be a need for this

I think all officers could benefit from having a bulk import workflow. Very rarely is an officer adding a single membership. Often, they're adding memberships for multiple people who attended a particular event or helped out with something.

This should not bypass the approval process

I don't see this as a bad feature. If I'm student outreach, and we have 12 people come do an open house, then adding memberships for that could be a lot easier. Even if it's just a text box of comma separated DCEs and the rest of the fields are the same, it would be a useful feature.

The only thing id be able to save you from entering is the reason and the date you would have enter dce, fname, lname

This is mainly beneficial in the use case of many photo submission, but I see this as a QoL change. The form would just need a input field for amount of memberships, officers would just need to explain in the reason field on why they are giving them the memberships. I also like wade's idea of allowing multiple memberships to be given out through one form.
