Reusing the PSCI spec:
- Conversations on governance, the future of licensing the spec
- Consultation on IP still on-going; may be moot
Update on hypervisor work: recommendations for reuse in platform spec, please
Existing SBI PRs: updates?

TSC Request (new)
- Please clarify the use and definition of these terms: platform, profile, and collection
- Please use de facto industry standard terminology
- Current definitions
- Proposal:
  - Collections => do not use
  - Profiles => similar to ARM (RVA or RVM ...)
  - Platforms => the set of elements (interfaces, profiles, others?)
  - Define via YAML
