Roadmap and information about ripple-reborn

I started to develop cordova-app and use ripple 2 months ago. Very cool tool for my stack (react.js) and heaps of plugins (13-15). But I still abide in the fog of war. Just disappointed that the ripple is dead as once googling find it here)

1. Why I can not find enough information about what happened with the project in the incubator?
2. Will the roadmap drawn up?
3. Are there any published news about the project status and progress of the development?
4. Maybe I do not know where all hide enough information about cordova-development?
5. It may be so few people do it and work in assassin-style without leaving marks behind? )))
