Feature request: support for MR Spectroscopy?

Dear Papaya developers,

I hope you are doing fine. Thank you for your great tool, that we use in our medical image research platform
called Shanoir (more informations on shanoir.org or on GitHub shanoir-ng). As we are currently extending our platform for better MR Spectroscopy support, would you maybe be interested to extend Papaya to support that format? They contain no PixelData, but SpectroscopyData (5600,0020).
Normally the SpectroscopyData should be an image too, normally.
