Theta camera crashes when streaming at resolutions below 4K

Our project is developing a plugin that runs on ThetaX with Live Streaming feature.
Seri number of ThetaX: YR15122493
Plugin uses SoraWebrtc library sora-android-sdk.
Resolutions listed in plugins: "512x512", "960x960", "1024x512", "1920x960", "1920x1920", "3840x1920".
I can only set the plugin for live broadcast with resolution "1920x1920" and "3840x1920", the rest of the resolutions crash without any information in Logcat.

Please tell me what is the problem? Why I don't get any Log information when the plugin crashes?
