Cannot recognize FT232H #36

I wanted to change EEPROM of FT232H on Besttechnology DXHUB.
However, ftx_prog cannot recognize it:

$ sudo ./ftx_prog --dump

ftx_prog: version 0.4
Modified for the FT-X series by Richard Meadows

Based upon:
ft232r_prog: version 1.23, by Mark Lord.
ftdi_usb_open() failed for 0403:6015: device not found
