Create ability to preview & schedule front page featured set / carousel

This is for discussion. I'd love this feature, because I can only make edits to carousel while it's live and so there are often messups (like black text overlapping with black areas of a carousel image, and being unreadable), but on the other hand it doesn't really matter for more than a few minutes a week/every other week and all this might change with redesign? idk
