Looks like https://pypi.org/project/Meh/ provides aome other meh module.
Do you have any official location with dist tar bals or can you upload such tar ball to the github as release resources?

You have a different python-meh project. You are looking for https://github.com/PhilipTrauner/Meh :)

In that case this issue is still valid.
Unfortunately, we don't making releases on GitHub. We are just tagging stuff but as you have said it's without translations.

To find translations you have to seek for tar ball in the fedora dist-git.

I'm taking this as a valid issue that we should be doing releases of python-meh on GitHub too. @M4rtinK is the one who's doing releases so it's mainly on him to decide.

@jkonecny12 @M4rtinK https://src.osci.redhat.com/rpms/python-meh seems is dead.

In case of this repo seems there is no place from where is possible to download dist tar ball with integrate translations.
It can be dome here :)

Hi @kloczek I would like to enable automatic releasing but this project in general do not have much changes so it shouldn't be a problem doing releases manually I would say. So or so, it's mainly about @M4rtinK to decide.

Doesn't matter how many changes is between releases.
Fact is that there is not offisial dist tar ball with integrated translations.
This can be soreted out by:

  • publish in git poo unde release/ or download/ dist tart bnalls ike it is done in many other repos
  • syncfrom Transifex all .po files and commit those files before tagging. With that it will be possible to use autogenerated tagged tar balls.

IMO second methot is better :)

We used the second method in the past but we removed that because it is messing the main repository a lot. Right now, I want to introduce automation of releases on GitHub which would also include tarball with all the translations.
