Corrected Slovenian number spellings:

Updated "dva tisoč" (two thousand) to use the correct masculine form instead of the incorrect "dve tisoč."
Ensured consistent masculine gender usage for "tisoč" (thousand) and related numerals.

Fixed grammatical errors:

Replaced incorrect forms like "milijuny" and "bilijuny" with proper Slovenian forms ("milijona," "milijonov," etc.).
Unified consistent spelling for large numbers (e.g., "milijon," "milijarda," "bilijon").

Removed redundant feminine references for "tisoč":

"Tisoč" is always masculine in Slovenian, so feminine rules for numbers like 2000 and above were removed.

General cleanup:

Aligned rules for large numbers (million, billion, trillion) to match correct Slovenian grammar.
Removed inconsistencies across different rulesets.
