If I click that blue link, it would point to correct image link and I can manually save it.
I can download telegra.ph link manually, or using wget & curl. But donwload always failed using HG++

Hi!

This is weird indeed.
Are you sure there is no space in the URL or anything that could be trimmed? Otherwise, maybe there is something to check in the browser's console, in the network tab (e.g. headers, referrer or something else).
