A very common example of knowing when to mega is Mega Sharpedo. The base form has Speed Boost which is necessary to ramp up its speed so it can sweep. In the AIs current state, it would immediately mega and there is no way to make the AI not mega for a turn. This isn't the only reason not to mega, however. Some lesser known examples would be Audino, where the base form has Regenerator and the mega doesn't. As well, Mawile can avoid mega evolving if it is going to switch out so that it can Intimidate a second time.
Please add some method of allowing the AI to know whether or not it should mega evolve immediately.
