This repository contains at least 3 modules.

The actual cookbook which allows RS chef code to run in vagrant
A vagrant plugin with a provisioner
A binary helper for generating a new project with all of the above bits

Need to separate them all so they can be used as individual components.

Almost done, just need to complete the third item on the list.
