Jivosite.com doesn't provide site_id

Jivosite.com doesn't provide site_id.

"react-native": "0.63.4"
"react-native-jivochat": "1.1.5"

installed with:
$ yarn add react-native-jivochat
$ react-native link react-native-jivochat

I asked for it in support chat - the answer was that they only have chat_id, which has the '0000000' format.
I tried to use it instead of site_id (assumed they just renamed it), but no messages had come to the operators chat.
