Create a corssvalidation screipt which runs through all Summarizers and over all their parameters, executing the rouge script each time. Store these values in a sorted list for optimization.

Make sure it is general enough so we can later use this to find local maximal score for paramaters in our models. And so that we can find which clusters or groups of articles each method works well one.
