There should already be plugins like that.

And yes, when I have the time again to push and release this project, that too will be a part of it!

In the meantime while this feature is being planned, developed, and tested.
There is a community plugin https://github.com/chrisweb/rehype-github-alerts which you could give a try.

Solved as https://github.com/rehypejs/rehype-github/tree/main/packages/alert as well too. Will release in a minute! For more customization, the existing things are good!
