Import not working on PHPstorm 10.0.3 #1

Hi, i'm just trying to get this live templates into my PHPstorm 10.0.3, but i get this error. Do this even work for someone?

The file 'C:...........\Redux Framework.xml' contains no settings to import.
Please make sure you have generated the file using 'File|Export Settings' feature.
