Typesafing variables in framework.php stopped default values form loading in color schemes. Not sure why. Need to research that.

Fix seems to work locally. WIll need to test on other systems and on live server before declaring victory.

Whatever I changed caused Reset All to not work. Reversed framework.php until I can figure out why.

Okay...it's somewhere in the field_sections array.
