tuned-ppd doesn't expose its properties correctly

When introspecting tuned-ppd with d-feet or d-spy, the properties don't show up. But if I call org.freedesktop.DBus.Properties.GetAll, it actually answers. I think the D-Bus XML description is missing for them. This is a regression from power-profiles-daemon.

Thanks, @ocrete. This is a known issue; we can keep this open to track the work on it. Unfortunately, the dbus-python library that we use in tuned/tuned-ppd does not support adding properties to introspection results, so this would have to either be implemented manually or resolved by switching to another dbus Python library in the future. Adding the properties to the XML description is insufficient to solve the problem.
