We would like to be able to disable certain properties from feeding through to our Lurot Brand website for lettings properties and currently we have the option to disable Rightmove, Zoopla, Lonres and On The Market.

In sales we already have this option to disable Lurot Brand website but not in lettings. Please can you look into this?

Thank you

HI @LauraRogers1 you would need to reach out to our servicedesk about this through the usual support process

Hi Laura, I can't see the attachment. Please can you email it to [email protected] so I can take a look as there's some confusion that might need tidying up

HI Laura - thanks. I've found the original service desk ticket and I'm sorry for the information you've been given. I'll follow up internally to clear up any misunderstanding. The example property HYL240020 is being returned by our API with disabledPortalIds set to RMLB which is the code for your website. Whilst our APIs do power the data on your website, the way they are utilised in terms of how data is filtered etc is the responsibility of your web provider as the consumers of our API. Are you able to bring someone from your web company into this Github issue so I can explain what it is they need to look for (though I'd be surprised if they don't already know given this was setup for Sales properties previously).

Hi Laura

I've not seen any communication from your web company about this unfortunately. As mentioned previously, the data is there and being exposed by our APIs so it's down to your web company to interpret it. If they need any assistance in doing that, they can reach out to us for assistance :)

Thank you
Pete
