Readium CSS should support the following:

iOS 9+
Android 5+
macOS 10.9+
Win 10+

Which can be mapped to the following default or popular browsers:

Safari 9
Chrome (latest 2)
Internet Explorer 11
MS Edge (latest 2)
Firefox (latest 2)

And the following web views:

WKWebView (iOS, new UI kit)
ChromeView (Android, new UI kit)
