Coordinated Message Spam Attack (CMSA)

Purpose:
To examine memory and CPU usage, network latency and message success rates.

Plan:
1- Ensure each node participating in the test can independently fill blocks by sending large volumes of tranasactions.

2- Coordinate a date and time to carry out the attack.

3- Coordinate logging of data for the planned duration of the attack.

4- Execute the attack.

5- Upload logs and screenshots to github under the appropriate CMSA sub-directory.
