Overly large bottom bar #179

Hello all, I hope you don't mind me opening this issue.

As I'm on new.rcos.io, the bottom navigation bar is very large and blocking a large part of my screen (see photos) and is fairly distracting.

On the handbook it is most obvious because the page keeps the bottom bar there:

However, it still exists on every page if you scroll down to the end:

My info:
Windows 10
Firefox 199.0 64 bit
3840 x 2160 resolution screen
