Steps:

  1. Parse csv line
  2. search for isolate match (see below for "Uniqueness")
  3. If found, count # of matches
  4. If more than one skip and report
  5. if not, import

  • From Phillip: "Here is the list. There were a few cases where my spreadsheet reported both the lab code & repository code, and when I uploaded them I put the lab code under Isolate and the repository code under Source, reasoning that Source and NCBI_Accession_Number couldn't be completely redundant. I included both Isolate and Source in the list."
