Updates for jetson-stats 4.2.1 | messages not published

Hello,

First of all, thank you for developing this package. I tried to use this package with jetson-stats 4.2.1, on the first investigation, the package is not publishing messages in /diagnostics. debugging a little more, looks like some APIs are changed like jetson.memory instead of jetson.ram, jetson.swap,... and that the board_status, disk_status, other_status are the ones published correctly.

Please correct me if the understanding is been wrong here, and let me know if there is a mistake from my end in running this. Thank you.
