3.0版本更新会移除掉部分api，删除懒加载的BasePopup，同时将setContentView的权限交回给开发者。

由于修改到基础api，因此所有BasePopupWindow的子类都会受到波及，请您务必查阅升级提示日志：关于BasePopup 3.0的破坏性更新说明
