We'll use "TRANSLATED" value for translatable keys in metadata, dimensions, options

prepare init script for translations (puts "TRANSLATED" automatically in required metadata, and create EN.json)
prepare a language update script that finds "TRANSLATED" values and creates/updates the tranlation file (lang is a parameter)
global translation file for categories
create pre-build script that merges all jsons in a single transations file
