add IFR gain phase versus baseline length plot

As established with @ulricharmel, some outliers are more apparent due to their high BBC phase term ("nominal" BBCs are 1+0j, so any significant deviation will show up as non-zero phase). Add a phase-versus-baseline plot to the CubiCal output.
