I have successfully run the differential splicing analysis using spladder, but I need some help with interpreting certain columns in the output file : test_results_C{C}_{ET}.tsv
What does the binary values in the "alt_usage" column mean? I am assuming that a value of 0 indicates absence and 1 indicates the presence of the exon in the transcript. Is it correct?
How exactly is the mean_event_count (mean support for tested splice path) calculated?
Thank you!
